Robotic Welding
Robot welding is the use of mechanized programmable tools (robots), which automate a welding process by performing the weld.
TUBE BENDING
A metal forming processes used to permanently form pipes or tubing.
BEADING AND SIZING
Beading is a metal forming process that forms a bead on the end of a tube. Tube beads can be used to help hold a hose on the end of a tube or to strengthen the end of a tube. Sizing is the process of expanding parent material to larger sizes.
INDUCTION HARDENING
Induction hardening is a type of surface hardening in which a metal part is induction-heated and then quenched. The quenched metal undergoes a martensitic transformation, increasing the hardness and brittleness of the part. Induction hardening is used to selectively harden areas of a part or assembly without affecting the properties of the part as a whole.
BRAZING
A metal-joining process in which two or more metal items are joined together by melting and flowing a filler metal into the joint, the filler metal having a lower melting point than the adjoining metal.
CLIENTS
At our facility we currently manufacture parts for various clients in the automotive industry. These include Toyota, Volkswagen and Isuzu. We are a Tier 1 Supplier to OEM’s.
